회원은 서비스 이용 중 다음의 행위를 하여서는 안 되며 다음의 행위가 발견된 경우 서비스를 강제 중지 시킬 수 있습니다.
- 타인의 개인정보를 수집, 저장, 유포, 게시하는 행위
- 서비스의 원활한 진행을 방해하는 행위
- 회사의 지적재산권을 침해하는 행위 (하나의 ID로 중복 사용하는 등)
- 욕설이나 영업을 방해하는 행위 등
3. [서비스의 중단]
회사는 서비스의 안정성을 위하여 정기적인 점검 및 보수를 진행할 수 있습니다.
회사는 서비스 운영상의 문제로 인하여 서비스를 일시적으로 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 공지할 예정입니다.
회사는 서비스를 지속적으로 개선하고 업그레이드할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
4. [개인정보의 수집 및 이용]
회사는 서비스 제공을 위하여 필요한 범위 내에서 이용자의 개인 정보를 수집, 이용할 수 있습니다.

회사는 이용자의 개인 정보를 수집, 이용할 때 개인 정보 보호법 등 관련 법령에 따라 적법하게 처리합니다.
회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 이용할 수 없습니다.
5. [면책 조항]
회사는 서비스 이용 과정에서 발생한 일체의 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 국가 비상사태, 정전, 해커 등의 사유로 인하여 서비스 제공이 불가능한 경우에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6. [관할법원 및 준거법]
서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해결되며, 이에 관한 소송은 대한민국 법령에 따라 관할법원에 제기합니다.

This Agreement applies to all services provided by the Company.
2. [Service Use]
The Company may require membership registration for service use.
If the service cannot be provided due to changes in service contents while using the service, the company may notify the service user in advance and suspend the use of the service.
When signing up as a member, only Google's email and ID information can be stored and managed on the company's server.
Membership registration requires both mandatory and optional items, and all mandatory items must be entered.
Members are responsible for protecting their personal information, and the Company is not responsible for problems caused by a member's carelessness or intentional actions.
Members must not engage in the following actions while using the service:
- Collecting, storing, disseminating, or posting personal information of others
- Actions that disrupt the smooth progress of the service
- Members must not perform the following actions while using the service, and if the following actions are discovered, the service may be forcibly suspended.
3. [Service Discontinuation]
The Company may conduct regular checks and maintenance for service stability.
The Company may temporarily suspend the service due to problems with service operation, and prior notice will be given.
The Company may continuously improve and upgrade the service and may discontinue some or all of the service accordingly.

The Company is not responsible for cases where service provision is impossible due to reasons such as natural disasters, war, national emergency situations, power outages, or hackers.
6. [Jurisdiction and Governing Law]
Disputes related to service use are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any lawsuits related to this matter are filed with the jurisdictional court in accordance with Korean law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
